Crossroads' Internship Program offers the opportunity to work alongside professional artists and managers at a Tony Award Winning Regional Theatre. Crossroads provides learning opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students, to acquire hands-on experience in not-for-profit theatre for college and school credit, in all aspects of adminstrative, producing, and marketing for a theatrical season. Crossroads' program is intended for interns who possess the ability to work independently, as well as a team player.
Internships are offered for the Fall (September to December), Spring (January to May), and Summer (June to August), with hours negotiated with teh internship supervisor. Night and weekend hours are required of all interns.
